ZWZ double-row cylindrical roller bearings are available in various designs, and their bores can be either cylindrical or tapered.

Key Features

 

The ZWZ standard product range includes:

1. NN Type bearings

NN-type double row cylindrical roller bearings have ribbed inner rings and ribless outer rings. Their outer rings and inner assemblies can be mounted separately, without restricting axial displacement of the shaft or housing. These bearings cannot withstand axial loads.
Compared with single-row cylindrical roller bearings of the same radial size, they can carry greater radial loads. They feature a compact design and small deflection under load, making them especially suitable for machine tool spindle supports.

 

2. NNU Type bearings

NNU-type double row cylindrical roller bearings are equipped with ribbed outer rings and ribless inner rings. They are available in two bore designs: cylindrical bore and tapered bore (marked with the suffix K).
These bearings impose no restrictions on the axial displacement of the shaft or housing, and are not capable of sustaining axial loads. Compared with single-row cylindrical roller bearings of identical radial dimensions, NNU bearings can support significantly higher radial loads.

3. NNCF Type bearings

NNCF-type double row cylindrical roller bearings are designed with three ribs on the inner ring and one rib on the outer ring, enabling axial location in one direction.
On the non-ribbed side of the outer ring, a retaining ring is fitted to keep the bearing assembled as an integral unit.

4. NNCL Type bearings

NNCL‑type double row cylindrical roller bearings feature three ribs on the inner ring and a ribless outer ring.
They are equipped with snap rings on both sides, forming a non‑separable bearing unit.

5. NNCS Type bearings

NNCS‑type double row cylindrical roller bearings have three ribs on the inner ring and a ribless outer ring.
A central locking ring is mounted in the middle of the outer ring, forming a non‑separable bearing.
They allow a certain amount of axial displacement between the shaft and the housing, making them suitable for use as free-end bearings.
