Product Overview

ZWZ thrust cylindrical roller bearings include shaft washers, housing washers, crowned cylindrical rollers, and cage assemblies. The crowned surface on the rollers helps distribute pressure evenly between the rolling elements and raceways, providing consistent and reliable load performance.

These are separable bearings, so each component can be installed individually. During installation, careful alignment is necessary - the shaft and housing must remain precisely aligned with no angular tilt. Designed mainly for low-speed equipment, these bearings support heavy single direction axial loads, offer high axial stiffness, and do not limit radial movement.

Product Classification

1. Single‑Direction Thrust Cylindrical Roller Bearings

Designed to carry axial loads from one direction only, used in equipment with unidirectional axial force.

2. Double‑Direction Thrust Cylindrical Roller Bearings

Capable of supporting axial loads from both directions, used where dual‑direction axial location is needed.

Tolerance Standards

● ZWZ thrust cylindrical roller bearings are produced in accordance with GB307.4. Available tolerance classes include P0, P6, P5, and P4.

Cage Design

● Brass machined solid cages: standard for bearings with outer diameter D ≤ 500 mm

● Steel solid cages: used for bearings with outer diameter D > 500 mm

● Standard cage designs carry no special suffix

Load Calculation

● Equivalent dynamic load: P = Fa

● Equivalent static load: P₀ = Fa
