Types Of Ball Bearings

Ball bearings come in many types, and can be classified in various ways according to different classification standards. Here are some common classification methods:

By Structure: Ball bearings can be divided into single-row and double-row types. Single-row ball bearings have one inner ring and one outer ring, while double-row ball bearings have two inner rings and two outer rings.

By Contact Angle: Ball bearings can be divided into angular contact ball bearings and deep groove ball bearings. Angular contact ball bearings have a certain contact angle between the inner and outer rings and the balls, allowing them to withstand larger axial loads; while deep groove ball bearings have point contact between the inner and outer rings and the balls, primarily bearing radial loads.

By Precision Grade: Ball bearings can be divided into high-precision, ordinary-precision, and low-precision grades. High-precision ball bearings have high rotational and geometric accuracy, suitable for applications with high precision requirements; while low-precision ball bearings are suitable for applications with lower precision requirements.
