Roller Bearing Selection

Mar 12, 2026 Leave a message

The selection of roller bearings requires comprehensive consideration of factors such as load type, speed, temperature, and installation method. International standards (such as ISO) and industry standards (such as DIN and ANSI) clearly define the dimensional tolerances, clearance, and material properties of bearings. For example, roller bearings with bore diameters ranging from 1mm to 500mm and widths from 2mm to 200mm can meet the needs of everything from micro motors to large rolling mills; the rated dynamic load of 1kN to 5000kN is directly related to the load-bearing capacity of the equipment. Furthermore, the installation fit (interference fit, clearance fit) must be selected based on the equipment's operating conditions to avoid malfunctions caused by loosening or excessive compression.
